Booker T Spencer Jr - Value Creation architect

 Booker has tremendous talent, work ethic, and high energy.  He uses those traits to encourage students to want to learn…. to want to excel…..to be inquisitive. He instills in students the importance of doing their homework as they navigate their educational careers and pursue their professional and personal livelihoods. 

 Spence has been integral in my growth as a business professional.  With aspirations to be a part of multiple business ventures, the monthly mastermind calls and Monday motivational calls nurture my entrepreneurial spirit. His focus on principles and systems give a unique feel to his approach in business.  

 Spence is the ultimate professional in presenting the topic “What is Your Purpose in Life”.  His presentation is insightful, interactive, and inspirational.  The students responded to his lecture about life lessons in a positive and conceptual manner. 

 I absolutely love working with Coach Spence and being apart of his networking group. From the monthly Mastermind calls to the Monday Morning Motivational Calls with words of the week! As business owners this type of accountability is essential for constant growth and success.

If I had to sum it up with one word it would be EMPOWERMENT. 

EMPOWERMENT is defined as the process of gaining Freedom and Power to do what you want to or to control what happens to you.

 The coaching, skills, foundation and everything else you learn here is unmatched. When I first came here I was working 60 hr/wk at fedex express and mounting TV as a side hustle, I knew I wanted to become 100% self employed and still be able to feed my family, no college degree., I didn't know the first thing about starting an actual LLC, tax paying business. I found this place, went to the flexible classes, did the zoom meetings, did the easy, yet critical thinking homework. and 1 year to date, I am now fully self employed, with a full staff, and I'm able to more than provide for not just my family, but my employees families. Coach Spence took me from making someone else money, to making my family money.

I said all that to say that, the lesson, the relationships and network you build here will last you a lifetime. Worth every penny.
